This Hanepoot Witblits is cooked on the farm Grundheim, in the heart of the Klein Karoo. For more than a hundred years the farm has belonged to the Grundling family. The vineyards stand in deep, fertile alluvial soil and the oldest vines are already more than 80 years old.
